Chocolate Bomb

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of good quality Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup of Cacao Butter
  • 1/2 cup of your choice of sweetener
  • 1 1/4 cup of high quality Cacao Powder
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt
  • Your choice of 'mix-ins'

 

METHOD

  1. Melt Coconut Oil and Cacao Butter over a double boiler or on a low heat.
  2. Once melted, add in your choice of sweetener (I use Xylitol), Cacao Powder and Salt.
  3. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. Taste test to see if it is perfect!
  5. Spoon small amounts into the small cupcake patty cases.
  6. Pop your desired 'mix-ins' on top

I used activated almonds, activated walnuts, Doterra peppermint oil, peanut butter and a half prune. Made 5 different flavours to satisfy every mood.
